In order to drive a go-kart, guests shall have the physical, mental,

emotional, and cognitive skills to understand and follow all rules, operate

the vehicle, and follow the instruction of the attendants.  Guests not

meeting these qualifications shall be allowed to be passengers in a double

go-kart as long as they can be secured with the go-kart’s safety harness in

an upright sitting position.  Exceptions shall be made for height limitations

for guests with missing limbs or other physical conditions.  Guests in

wheelchairs shall have a handler to lift them in and out of the go-kart, as

attendants shall not be allowed to performs this function.  The General

Manager shall allow these guests to drive and/or ride whenever possible

without endangering other guests or track employees.
